This work does not start with a proposal or a sales call.
Engagements begin only when a real positioning problem is present. That problem shows up when something solid has been built, but explaining it still creates friction.
This is a good fit if you've already made real decisions and are willing to make more. The work assumes senior operators who can remove options, accept trade-offs, and prioritise clarity over comfort.
This is not a fit if you're looking for tactics, visibility, or something to apply yourself. It's also not a fit if the problem can be solved with better execution alone.
